DEFINITION

  • Strained yoghurt, Greek yoghurt, sack yoghurt, or kerned yogurt is yoghurt that has been strained to remove most of its whey, resulting in a thicker consistency than normal unstrained yogurt, while still preserving the distinctive sour taste of yoghurt.
